Special training for Zamalek guards.. and Nabih leads the technical division

The Brazilian goalkeeper Oliveira, coach of the goalkeepers of the first football team at Zamalek Club, prepared a special training program for the four goalkeepers in the team: Mohamed Awad, Mohamed Sobhi and the youth duo Mohamed Nadim and El-Sayed Attia, on the sidelines of the training session this evening, Monday, at Abdel Latif Abu Regeila Stadium.

The first paragraph of the Zamalek guards training program consisted of physical exercises and strong rehabilitation for several minutes.. Then the guards performed a technical paragraph by dealing with cross balls, in addition to the balls coming from the middle of the field.

Oliveira was keen to praise the four goalkeepers of Zamalek and called on them to continue working hard during the coming period.

The team players also played a technical segment on the sidelines of the training session at the club’s stadium, during which focus was placed on some tactical aspects. Members of the technical staff of Zamalek commented during the division, according to the instructions of the French coach, Patrice Carteron.

While the French coach Patrice Carteron, the coach of the team, held a session with the players before the start of the training, and Carteron spoke with the team players about the importance of the coming period, in the Zamalek journey, especially in the Egypt Cup. Explaining some technical matters that will be implemented in today's training.

The players of Zamalek also took part in a special physical session inside the international hall at the White Castle headquarters, according to a program set by the team’s technical staff, led by the French Patrice Carteron, to get the players for the best physical form in preparation for the coming period.

Carteron, the coach, and Osama Nabih, the team's general coach, were keen to supervise this paragraph, which came under the leadership of Fernando, the planner of loads in the technical staff.
