Israel begins an "engineering survey" campaign in the occupation prisons in search of tunnels

Today, Saturday, the High Command of the Israel Prisons Service announced the start of an "engineering survey" campaign, in search of tunnels similar to the tunnel discovered in Gilboa Prison, according to "Al-Sharq Bloomberg".

Israeli sources said that the Prison Authority issued orders to conduct an "engineering survey" of all prisons, after 6 Palestinians escaped from a tunnel they dug in Gilboa Prison.

The Prison Authority command said in a statement that the operation, which the army will conduct in cooperation with teams of engineering and construction experts, will start tomorrow, Sunday, with special attention given to Gilboa Prison, where the escape took place.

The Israeli authorities announced the arrest of 4 of the six Palestinian prisoners who escaped from Gilboa Prison.
