Seville is a guest of Getafe to continue the tone of victories in the Spanish League

Getafe will host Seville at 8:00 pm today, Monday, at the Coliseum Alfonso Perez, as part of the second round of the Spanish League competitions for the new season 2021-2022.

Seville had started the new season of the Spanish League by achieving a valuable victory over its guest, Rayo Vallecano, by three goals without a return, while Getafe lost to Valencia with a goal free of charge.

Seville, led by coach Julen Lopetegui, is seeking to continue victories, in order to try to compete for the La Liga title this season, after it was close to crowning the title last season, had it not been for the stumbling in the last rounds.

Seville had supported its ranks in the summer transfer season, by signing a number of distinguished players, most notably Argentine Eric Lamela from Tottenham Hotspur, who starred in the Andalusian team's first match against Rayo Vallecano and scored a double.

Tonight's meeting is also expected to witness the first appearance of the new Seville striker, Rafa Mir, who was signed by the club from Wolverhampton, England, after his brilliance with the Spanish national team in the last Tokyo Olympics.

Also today, at the end of the second round of the Spanish League, the match Osasuna and its guest Celta Vigo team will be held at ten in the evening, where Osasuna tied in the first round against Espanyol, while Celta Vigo lost to Atletico Madrid 2-1.
