Nancy Tamman wins bronze in the Gymnastics World Cup


Nancy Tamman, player of the Egyptian artistic gymnastics team, won the bronze in the World Artistic Gymnastics Championships, which is currently being held in the State of Qatar. Omar Al-Arabi, Jana Hani, Zina Ibrahim, Ali Zahran and Nancy Taman, players of the national gymnastics team, qualified for the finals of the World Cup for Artistic Gymnastics, which is currently being held in the Qatari capital, Doha.

 

Omar Al-Arabi qualified on the pull-up device, while Zina Ibrahim qualified on the balance beam device, and Jana Hani qualified in the floor competitions. And on Zahran on the throat device.

 

For his part, Dr. Ihab Amin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Gymnastics Federation, confirmed that what has been achieved in the World Cup currently held in Qatar is an achievement by all standards.

 

He added that the qualification of 5 Egyptian players to the World Cup finals is a commendable success, beginning with Nancy's winning the bronze medal. Amin indicated that the Egyptian team for artistic gymnastics presents great levels in light of great competition with the world champions in the Qatari capital, Doha

 

Dr. Ihab Amin, President of the Gymnastics Federation, is headed by Dr. Ihab Amin, and the mission includes players Nancy Taman, Zina Ibrahim and Jana Hani, players Omar El Araby, Ali Zahran and Muhammad Ashour, and technical director for men Jamal Matar, and for Miss Ashraf El Shafei, in addition to referees Radwa Gohar and Hisham Abdel Hamid.

 

The Egyptian national team is competing in the tournament, in which 24 countries participate, to reserve 6 seats for the Olympics, cumulatively, by participating in 8 World Cups 2019-20 2021.

 

The qualification stage of the tournament was held on June 23 and 24, and today and tomorrow, June 25, 26, will witness the final stage of the championship.

 

Attention is turned to the rest of the players who qualified for the finals to increase Egypt's medals.
