Wrestling apologizes for participating in the qualifying tournament in Tokyo, Bulgaria


The wrestling federation, headed by Issam Nawar, has apologized for participating in the world tournament that will be held from 4 to 9 May in Bulgaria, which qualifies for the Olympic Games in Tokyo.

 

The two players, Nada Madani and Fathi Tariq, were scheduled to participate, but the failure to complete travel procedures for the qualifying tournament led to an apology for participating in it.

 

Today, the Talbiya Club is holding a party to honor the national team's players who have qualified for the Olympic Games in Tokyo.

 

Samar Hamza, Enas Khorshid, Abdul Latif Munea, Haitham Fahmy, Muhammad Mustafa and Muhammad Ibrahim Kisho have all succeeded to the Tokyo Olympics through the qualifying tournament that was held in Tunisia last month.

 

The Minister of Sports held a session with the national team players Muhammad Ibrahim Kisho, Haitham Fahmy, Muhammad Mustafa, and Abdul-Latif Munea, in the presence of Yasser Idris, a member of the Olympic Committee, Sherif Al-Erian, Secretary-General of the Olympic Committee, and President of the Wrestling Federation Essam Nawar, his deputy Muhammad Mahmoud, and Dr. Muhammad al-Kurdi Musaed The Minister, and Dr. Abdul Awal Muhammad, Assistant Minister, to listen to their demands and needs in the coming period in preparation for the Olympic Games competitions, during which it was agreed to submit the full training plan for them and all their needs to the Olympic Committee, headed by Hisham Hatab, for coordination and follow-up with the Wrestling Federation, in their implementation In addition to providing them with training colleagues from the national team players in the same weights to train with them according to the times that will be responded to in the training plan.
