Suspension of trading of 28 companies

The Egyptian Stock Exchange announced the suspension of trading on 28 shares for a period of 10 minutes because they exceeded the 5%, up or down, during the trading session today, Sunday, and they are; Atlas for Investment and Food Industries, Egyptians for Housing, Development and Reconstruction, Saudi Egyptian Investment and Finance, Al Orouba for Stockbroking in Securities, El Obour Real Estate Investment, Golden Coast Sokhna for Tourism Investment, Mena for Tourism and Real Estate Investment, Lecico Egypt, Al Ahram for Printing and Packaging, Eastern National Food Security, Al Arabiya Industries Engineering, Emerald Real Estate Investment, Arab Dairy Products "Arab Dairy-Panda", Arab Investment Forum, Cairo Housing and Development, Nozha International Hospital, Marsa Alam Tourism Development, Western Islamic Urban Development, International Agricultural Crops, Ajwa Food Industries - Egypt.

 

Shares have also been suspended from trading; Sharm Dreams for Tourism Investment, Remco for Establishing Tourist Villages, Prime Holding for Financial Investments, Egyptian Arab (Themar) for securities trading, Egyptian Real Estate Group, Egyptian for Tourist Resorts, Arab Company for Asset Management and Development, Wadi International for Investment and Development.


The stock exchange profit of 2.03 billion pounds

The Egyptian Stock Exchange ended the trading session today, Sunday, the beginning of the week’s sessions, with a collective increase in indices driven by purchases from Arab dealers, and the market capital gained 2.03 billion pounds, to close at 656.467 billion pounds.

 

 

The volume of shares traded reached 514.2 million securities, worth 891.6 million pounds, through the implementation of 37.8 thousand transactions for 191 companies. Egyptian transactions recorded 91.87% of total transactions, while foreigners accounted for 1.92%, and Arabs 6.21% during today's trading session. Institutions account for 16.46% of transactions on the stock exchange, and the remainder of transactions account for individuals, at a rate of 83.53%.

  

The net transactions of Arab and foreign individuals and Egyptian and foreign institutions tended for sale at a value of EGP 3.3 million, EGP 434.1 thousand, EGP 53.9 million, and EGP 2.4 million, respectively, while the net transactions of Egyptian individuals and Arab institutions tended to buy at a value of EGP 48.8 million and EGP 11.3 million, respectively. .

 

 

The EGX 30 index rose by 0.04%, to close at 10604 points, the EGX 50 index rose 1.81% to close at 2077 points, and the EGX 30 index of weighted weight increased by 0.02% to close at 12896 points. And the EGX 30 overall return index fell by 0.07% to close at 4099 points.

 

The index of small and medium-sized companies "EGX 70 is equal weights" increased by 2.43% to close at 2060 points, and the index of "EGX 100 equal weights" rose by 1.79% to close at 2994 points, and the Nile Stock Exchange index increased by 1.72% to close at 1232 points level.

 

Shares of 109 companies listed on the stock exchange rose at the end of trading, and the shares of 38 companies declined, and the levels of 44 companies did not change.

 

The rising shares included:

 


Al-Orouba Securities Brokerage at a closing price of 1,127 pounds, an increase of 9.95%.

 

Lecico Egypt, at a closing price of 4,260 pounds, an increase of 8.95%.

 

Atlas for Investment and Food Industries, at a closing price of 0.519 pounds, an increase of 8.81%.

 

Al-Ahram for Printing and Packaging, at a closing price of EGP 19,340, an increase of 8.77%.

 

- Egyptian Arab (Themar) for trading securities at a closing price of EGP 1,253, an increase of 8.67%.

 

The declining shares included:

Marsa Alam for Tourism Development, at a closing price of 2,400 pounds, a decrease of 7.69%.

 

Kafr El-Zayat Pesticides and Chemicals, at a closing price of 25,900 pounds, a decrease of 7.20%.

 

- Gulf Canadian Arab Real Estate Investment at a closing price of 58,250 pounds, a decrease of 3.81%.

 

- The Egyptian Transport Services (Egytrans) at a closing price of 11,410 pounds, a decrease of 3.06%.

 

Medical packages at a closing price of 0.857 pounds, a decrease of 2.94%.
